About

Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night in a dark room? Pitch black that the emptiness makes it so quiet that you can hear yourself breathing. Your eyes can only catch the shadows around, and you debate if its worth getting up for that glass of water. While you roll out of bed you laugh at the thought that El Cucuy is under your bed. Then, all of the sudden, THUMP!!! You’ve hit your little toe on a piece of furniture and are suffering from the intense pain. You knew you should have turned the light on.

Life is the same way. It’s confusing, challenging, scary, and sometimes it simply doesn’t make sense. But, we have a hope that keeps us moving forward. You see: “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” No matter how much we try, the light will always expose what is hidden so we can see what is ahead. For us, this light is Jesus, and He keeps our spiritual little toes safe!

So check out the blog from time to time, as its my hope that you can also see yourself out of the dark and into his marvelous light. His guidance is much better, wiser, and relevant than any main stream noise you are surrounded by.

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
